The bulk of the population is found in Bangladesh and India. There are about 200 tigers in Nepal and a small, unknown number in northwest Myanmar. In the early years there were probably 20,000,000 Bengal tigers living in the wild. But much later, due to poaching, there were only 1,835 Bengal tigers left in the wild, however, a good conservation program increased it to 6,000; but then it dropped to 4,000. The Bengal tiger is now strictly protected and is the national animal of Bangladesh. Following the introduction of a tiger conservation program in India, known as Project Tiger, the population of wild tigers has increased significantly. The tiger population of Bangladesh is officially estimated to have reached about 500 (unverified), up from 200 in the 1970s. In the Sunderbans, a 2004 survey found the presence of about 280 tigers on India's side & 500 tigers in Bangladesh side. Today i had a conversation with Rohit abt the fact that the population of the Bengal Royals is increasing day by day. Even though there are programs to save the Bengal Royal, the poaching is going on and on..This beautiful animal needs to be saved. So the government in India and Banlgadesh need to take action. A lil walk before vacation.We left with the car.U stopped the car in a nature area.Door went open, u trew a stick and i ran ran ran untill i had the stick between my teeth.
But when i returned,u were not there anymore.I was panicking ran all directions to find u,but in vain.
i became weaker and weaker from day to day.A guy came to me and did a leash around my neck.Very soon i was in a cage.I was waiting for u to pick me up.
But u did not come.The cage door opened
No...It wasn't u.It was the guy who found me.
He took me to a room with a dead smell.
My heart was bouncing...??whats this?
I felt wierd.
My time had come

we can learn dont we???? June 16 Why do birds sing in the morningOne reason may be that dawn is the best time for sound to travel, because there is little wind and less other noise and disturbance. Songs broadcast at dawn can be 20 times as effective as that broadcast at midday. And this is a time when birds can't do much else. Light intensity is low, making it difficult for them to hunt and forage. Low temperatures keep their insect prey on the ground. By singing at dawn, when their energy reserves are low after the night, male birds may be telling females that they are nevertheless still fit for breeding. A male singing lustily is demonstrating that he has spare energy in abundance. Dawn may be a good time to sing, but there is likely to be a lot of vocal competition. So there is an advantage in singing at a different time of day, particularly when two different species have similar songs Birds are very much sensitive to nature. Some birds acts as forecasters in times of approach of inclement weather. Actually after dark , when a glow of light starts coming with the approach of dawn they try to communicate to other fellow mates as well as their instincts too starts responding to this natural effect. Its some sort of natural phenomenon which was observed during a solar eclipse , when suddenly it all turned dark and birds were flying back with chirping and noise to their nests..the moment the light came out they again started singing and flying. So it may be a reason , that they respond to this stimuli by singing with the approach of dawn . With all this knowledge i remember Billy s comment The wisdom of Rabindranath Tagore: "Faith is the bird that feels the light and sings when the dawn is still dark."
I know one thing has nothing to do with the other..
But its the faith that the birds have That there comes an end to darkness ....Light will come....
so thats life.....

The Canadian government has given permission to kill 325.000 baby seals this year.
Sometimes the babys are just one day old.....Did U see those pictures.
The hunters club them to death....and than take the fur off,,sometimes the seal is not even dead They skin them alive...and let the naked bodies .. there on the white surface.....Blood.....
Horrifying, terrible, degrading slaughter.They should be ashamed...Motive????
Money Much money...as always...
Cause.....Ppl who wear fur.....
Its a disgrace these ppl still excist...
They are the cause of a lot of animal grief, they support the disgusting practices acc.the fur industry.

September 06 Lil kittenYesterday my youngest colleague Nancy showed me her lil kitten..Just 10 weeks old.
Below U can see some pics of the cute red one . Also one pic.with her friend Stefan.
I think the lil cat (Its a male) gonna have a wonderful, protected life and a safe area to grow old in. She told me he is gonna be helped, so he is not going after the ladies @ night when he is a lil bit older.

This morning I was reading my newspaper. Couldn't believe
what i read. A well know Belgian artist is tatooing chinese pigs. Some years ago he did the same in Belgium. But the Society for prevention of cruelty to animals, fought against this way of treating animals.
So that guy went to China to do whats in his wierd mind.
I think its disgusting.
Ppl say often when someyone does something evel..He is like a beast.
But I say he is human.....
Animals kill and fight for food .... survival.
Bur our human beings often do such things just for fun.
July 07 My Cat's mindHi I introduce myself My name is Chica and live in Belgium.
Tell u something abt myself
It was the idea That I would be a siamese cat. But U know my father was kidnapped before I was conceived.So Im a halfblood (LOL) My father is a kind of streetcat I think. Never met.
For the night ..I go upstairs same time my owners ( They think they own me, but I own them) go to sleep.
I dropp myself between the two feet of my lady boss.So they have to lie still whole night, coz they dont want to wake me up.Its a kind of borth control. LOL
When I wake up i stretch myself very slowly and im going down. My food has to come first,Im hungry all the time. When they don't serve it quickly I will scream. So they cannot eat properly . So that works every day.
Than those 2 go for work.
I have to stay inside,they don't want me be outside when they are not around. They always say its for my own good.Rest of the day I sleep. When they are back im very actif, they let me out.Im not going far coz last month I had big confrontation with an ugly streetcat.
I was totall loss, U know like a car in an accident. My ear was very bad damaged and my biceps from right back feet was very injured. I had feaver and I had to go to vet.(Animal doctor)
Got some injections, That hurts, I screamed but they acted they did not hear me.. BBBaaasstt. (Sorry)
At this moment Im back to normal.
I like to live with them. I have them under controll.
So I hope to live happelly ever after.
U gonna hear more from me
