A friend was in front of me coming out of church one day, and the preacher was standing at the door

as he always is to shake hands.

He grabbed my friend by the hand and pulled him aside.

The pastor said, "You need to join the Army of the Lord!" My friend said, "I'm already in the Army

of the Lord, Pastor." Pastor questioned, "How come I don't see you except at Christmas and Easter?" He whispered back, "I'm in the secret service."

A relationship is like sand in your hand.

If held loosely in the palm of your hand it stays there,

but as soon as you close your hand tightly it slips through your fingers.
A relationship is like that held tenderly

with respect for the other person it last,

but once you close your hand to hold on tightly

 it slips through your fingers.

Life is really a bed of roses,

some people are just lucky

 to have friends to help them pick the thorns off.

Lord give me an answer,

or give me the patience to wait for one,

just do it now please!

If we should remember these things in bad times ........will it change our feelings. I dont know...tell me plz....

Count your blessings instead of your crosses,
Count you gains instead of your losses,
Count your joys instead of your woes,
Count your friends instead of your foes.
Count your courage instead of your fears,
Count your laughs instead of your tears.
Count your full years instead of your lean,

 Two people can look at the exact same thing

 and see something totally different.

I laugh just like you, I cry and feel pain.
When you touch my skin, we feel just the same.
But you were born black and I was born white,
Our prejudice formed because of our sight.
But if you were blind and I couldn't see,
Just think of how nice our friendship could be!
